Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible.
Chemicals & Coatings
Due to the nature of our professional-grade marine formulas and ceramic coatings, we cannot accept returns on any product with a broken or compromised seal.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, contact us at fathomsyachtcare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
